RealtyCares

California-based nonprofit joins forces with nationwide Realtors® to raise funds for their communities’ charities.

SANTA MONICA , CA – March 20, 2007 – RealtyCares, a California-based nonprofit has joined forces with area Realtors® in an effort to encourage contributions to local charities and promote reinvestment in the community. Founder and Executive Director Frank Siegel was inspired to develop RealtyCares after years in both the private and non profit sectors researching and troubleshooting the most effective ways to promote philanthropy.

RealtyCares acts as a membership organization of the most dedicated and successful Realtors® from the area.  All Realtors® in the RealtyCares network are committed to their community, pledging to return 10% of their commission to the nonprofit of their clients’ choice.  The concept allows buyers and sellers to connect with Realtors® that share their desire to give back through area charities.

RealtyCares has begun the application and invitation process for its Founding members. Due to RealtyCares rigorous standards and careful selection process, less than one percent of Realtors® nationwide will qualify as Founding members. Selected Realtors® will represent over 500 cities across the nation. Our nationwide campaign is to launch on behalf of our Founding Members, promoting both our Realtors® and our associated charities.
